Video: Soulja Boy and Chief Keef Team up for Song "Foreign Cars".

Soulja Boy and and Chief Keef have teamed up to collectively make our ears (and eyes) bleed with a new song called “Foreign Cars”and its accompanying music video, and all of it is just turrible. Just turrible!
Not that we expected much from either Soulja Boy or Chief Keef, but my God! This is pretty awful. The song, the video (aside from the quality), the blackness of Chief Keef’s neck (seriously, what is that? a tattoo? dirt?), Soulja boy’s off-beat, unintelligible, out-of-tune verse. Everything.
Everything is just horrible, and utterly dreadful, and these two need to cease and desist.
To be fair, Chief Keef’s verse isn’t all that bad, but Soulja Boy’s? … Wow. You just have to listen for yourself.

SOULJA BOY – ‘THERE GO SOULJA’

Soulja Boy brags about his riches as he rides around in his foreign whip on the boastful “There Go Soulja,” the first single off his mixtape Young & Flexin’, which drops November 6.

Before releasing the song, he took shots at Bow Wow on Twitter (“I ain’t tryna go broke like @ymcmb_bw did”), to which the “106 & Park” host responded, “We wish Soulja the best. Hope he can deliver us a video and bring it to my show. I'm sure his fans would love that. #MrBET #Mr106andpark.” They later settled their differences over the phone.

Soulja Boy – Pretty Boy Swag (BADBADNOTGOOD Remix) | New Music

We have a huge surprise for all of the jazz / BADBADNOTGOOD fans out there!  The amazing jazz trio has now released their reworking of Soulja Boy’s old hit single ‘Pretty Boy Swag’, and it is really dope.  The original song was very popular, but to my ears the organ and the drums from BADBADNOTGOOD really enhance the song and this version is awesome.

NBA Rappers: NBA Players, Hip Hop Stars to Make a Joint Rap Album.

It is pretty well-known that basketball and music are synonymous. Early in the 2000s, we had Shaquille O’Nealand Kobe Bryant as the stand out rappers in the league. Now players such as Kevin Durant and Iman Shumpertare some of the better known rappers in the NBA.
Coming together as a charity project, up to 14 NBA players are coming together to release Full Court Press Volume 1.
News broke on the Full Court Press album a few weeks ago when video showed Juwan Howard in the studio.
The list of players that will be participating on Full Court Press Vol. 1 with champion Howard include Josh Smith, “Big Baby” Glen Davis, Shawn Marion, Stephen Jackson, Lamar Odom, Baron Davis, Carlos Boozer, Trevor Ariza and a few others.
Appearing alongside the NBA players will be hip-hop stars Snoop Dogg, Rick Ross, Trina, Soulja Boy, Birdman, The Game, T-Pain, Bun B and Twista.
It will be interesting to see which players and rappers hook up together on songs. It has already been confirmed through video that Howard will feature South Beach rappers Trina and Rick Ross on a song titled “It’s Time To Ball”. Another rumored collaboration will be Big Baby rapping with Soulja Boy, which will be the definition of entertainment.
Since the group is promoting a good cause in inspiring young teens through music, the album will not include any profane language or subjects.
I’m not big on ball players stepping into the studio, but if it’s for a good cause, then I’ll be sure to take a listen when the album is released.

Soulja Boy Takes a Swing at Fashion.

Soulja Boy has been busy and we’ve got the latest tea on his venture into Fashion. Sip on this…

Soulja Boy recently did a men’s fashion spread for FAULT magazine and I’m impressed with the styling of the shoot. In the feature he shows a much more dapper side to his swag contrasting the baggy airbrushed tall tees we first got accustomed to seeing him wear.  Kudos to the kissing buttons detail on his jacket sleeve above.

Soulja Boy has two clothing lines now, S.O.D.M.G and Ocean Gang Clothing. I really like the direction he’s going with OCG, I can see that line doing very well. It features casual streetwear that alot of people can come to appreciate. Aside from running his own record company, Stacks on Deck Entertainment, during the interview he also mentions his involvement with feature films Officer Down and a biopic on Tupac Shakur expected this Winter.
